The referral process is designed to be effortless for you and seamless for your patient.

Dr. Sahar prioritises referred patients. A full periodontal assessment is performed, including pocket charting, radiograph review, and diagnosis. The patient is kept fully informed throughout.
Following specialist treatment, the patient is returned to your care with a full written summary of findings and treatment provided. The referring dentist remains the patient's primary care provider.
When to Refer
Pocket depths ≥5mm, bone loss, or cases that have not responded to initial treatment.
Rapid attachment loss in younger patients requiring specialist management.
Bone and tissue evaluation before implant placement to ensure predictable outcomes.
Multiple sites of recession requiring root coverage or gum augmentation procedures.
Flap procedures, bone grafting, crown lengthening beyond routine scope.
Diabetic patients, those on anticoagulants, or with systemic conditions affecting gum health.
Our Commitment to You
Dr. Sahar understands that the referring dentist is, and remains, the patient's primary care provider. Specialist treatment is completed and the patient is returned with full documentation — not retained for general dental work.
